Currently, she serves as the Global Executive Director of Creative Strategy at Condé Nast. Her extensive career traverses various industry categories and international landscapes, equipping her with a breadth of global perspectives. Leila is dedicated to purpose-led storytelling and consistently strives to pioneer innovative solutions that make a tangible impact. In parallel, she is pursuing a Master's degree at NYU's Center for Global Affairs, focusing on Global Futures, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Social Impact.
