Leila Milgrim is a dynamic and seasoned marketing leader with over a decade+ of experience leading strategic, multi-channel campaigns and brand initiatives for global companies. Her strategic vision, collaborative attitude, creative leadership, and global perspective--further informed by her six years living in Italy--have made her a trusted brand steward, positioning companies for long-term success.

During her tenure at Condé Nast, she played a key role in the commercial globalization, partnership development and brand positioning of some of the world’s most recognized brands, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive GTM strategy across 32 international markets and leveraging the collective influence of Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair, WIRED, Architectural Digest, Condé Nast Traveler, and Glamour to drive multi-million dollar partnerships. Most recently, as Head of Strategy at DC-based creative agency, Artemis Ward, Leila cultivates creative excellence and leads high-performing teams who are shepherding campaigns for clients like Meta, Microsoft, and the Pew Charitable Trusts.

Leila holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from NYU, where she consulted for organizations like the United Nations and industry thought leaders like Dr. Prof. Christian Busch, sharpening her ability to leverage her skills with her passion for impact storytelling, current events and news media.
